So, K-Fed stands up Britney at a romantic dinner; Britney charges off to his hotel and finds him with another woman; divorce by instant text message follows, K-Fed instantly becomes Fed-Ex; Fed-Ex threatens Britney with release of an explicit sex tape if she doesn’t pay him off, Scrawls idiotic hate note on shower door; then changes tune and begins singing her love songs and sending her flowers. Britney is unmoved and is purging everything Federline from her home and life as she slims down and perks up.  Got it?
Okay, here are all the details: 

Britney married Kevin Federline eight months after ending a 55-hour Las Vegas marriage to her childhood friend, Jason Alexander. Spears, 24, married Federline, 28, in 2004. They have a 1-year-old son, Sean Preston, and an infant son, Jayden James, who was born Sept. 12.  Kevin also has two children, a son and a daughter, with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson.  Citing “irreconcilable differences,” Spears filed for divorce last week.

According to British tabloid News of the World, the real reason for the Britney-KFed breakup were his nights out in Las Vegas boozing, gambling and picking up prostitutes, culminating in Britney catching him with another woman. Britney reportedly flew to New York a day after her rapper husband to join his tour, but he stood her up at The Library restaurant, and she was seen in floods of tears before storming to the Regency Hotel where he was staying.

The News of the World quotes a source as saying, “It is against the hotel`s policy to give keys to people not staying in the hotel, but she was so upset that when she demanded it they handed it straight over. She raced up to his room and found another girl in there. They didn`t need to be doing anything. Just the fact she was in there was enough to confirm months of suspicions, rumors and accusations about him playing away. Two members of staff were fired for handing over the keys, but the damage was done.”
“Britney had seen all she had to and decided their marriage was over on the spot,” he added.

According to a 60-page prenuptial agreement the pair signed, Kevin is only entitled to $5 million and half the sale of their $17million home in Santa Barbara. Britney also gets to take back his $194,000 Ferrari, custom-made motorbike and any gifts worth more than $14,000, People Magazine reports.

Two days later Federline filed his own divorce petition. He is demanding $39million, custody of their children and for Britney to pay his legal fees and maintenance.

Showing once again just how classy he is, Federline scribbled a semi-coherent message on the glass shower door of his House of Blues dressing room in Chicago, where he performed November 8.
Scrawled the day after Britney filed for divorce, the message says:

 Today I’m a free man
 Ladies look out
 F**k a wife
 Give me my kids B-tch!

Meanwhile, Britney scrubbed her My Space site, replacing K-Fed with her record label, Jive Records. She also has reportedly scrubbed her house of anything Federline. A friend says, “Britney says one of the perks of their break-up is getting her beautiful house back. His stuff was always messing everything up, littering the house with CDs, ashtrays, nicotine-smelling clothes and men’s magazines. It has all been taken away now, there is no sign he ever lived there.”  The 24-yr-old free woman has been spotted around New York re-entering the social scene, visiting the Sony Music studio, dining out with friends and wearing more revealing clothes.  After her week glitzing in New York, she retired to her family home in Louisiana.

According to Us Weekly, Britney’s family are reportedly delighted with decision to divorce Kevin. A source told the magazine:  “Kevin was never popular with anyone around Britney. She finally wised up.”
During her visit, she took her two baby sons to see family friend Nyla Price in nearby Osyka, Mississippi. Nyla told People magazine: “Britney is] a wonderful mother and she’s doing great right now. She looks beautiful with her cute little short hair cut. She’s happy and doing just fine. The babies are gorgeous - both of them are so adorable.”

But the New York Post reports that Kevin has quickly gone from a life of unbridled luxury to a rather more frugal style. Due to perform in Miami, Kevin and his small entourage took a bus from New York rather than fly, arriving in Florida on November 14th. He bragged about a supposed Lincoln Road shopping spree but arrived back at his hotel empty-handed. The group had a dinner of chicken chirasco and crab croquetas at the Gloria Estefan-owned Cuban-Asian restaurant Oriente at the Cardoza Hotel, according to Star, after which he and his posse headed to the South Beach nightclub, Mansion, where he is hosting a party Friday night for his album Playing With Fire.

Star reports “He wasn’t into the girls,” but drank Jack Daniels at the Mansion owner’s table. Kevin was overheard telling the table, “I’m really focusing on my music” and discussed his love of Miami and its music scene.

So, KFed wants the kids because he is a devoted and wonderful dad, and Britney is a terrible mom, according to him. He is reportedly planning to use Britney Spears’ public mishaps with her first son Sean as evidence that she is not fit to have custody of their children. Earlier in the year, Britney was spotted driving with Sean on her knee, then with his car seat facing the wrong way, without a hat in an open-topped car. She was also seen nearly dropping him while being harassed by photographers and he was later rushed to hospital after an accident at the family home in Malibu.

“Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals,” said Michael Sands, spokesman for Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Kevin feels he is a great parent and acting solely in the best interest of his children. He’s not doing this for the money.”  Yeah, right. Note that Mr WonderDad has not filed for custody of his other two kids, for whom he doesn’t even pay child support… Britney’s grandfather June Austin Spears told Star magazine that the family still think Kevin is just after Britney’s money: “Why didn’t he try and get custody of his other kids? It’s because that other woman doesn’t have money, and Britney has money.”

Kevin is so concerned about protecting the kids that he is now shopping around a 4-hour explicit sex video of their honeymoon and a film company wants to make it available online to fans around the world. Allegedly he has already been offered $65 million.

David Hans Schmidt, a leading porn mogul who is said to have bought and dispersed explicit footage on a number of entertainment figures, claims to have been approached about the tape last week.
“Two days after Britney filed for divorce I was contacted by an individual who indicated that he had a digital video of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline having sex. This gentleman knew enough names and identified enough parties involved to indicate that the tape could exist,” Schmidt told MSNBC.com.

One ‘close pal’ of Kevin’s (according to News of the World) has said: “This vid is dynamite and Kev knows it.”
Meanwhile, a 19-second video clip appearing on adult video-sharing website PornoTube is allegedly an excerpt from the honeymoon video. The footage was posted by a user identified only as “Stripper“. The raunchy 19-second clip shows a woman with dark hair performing oral sex on a man supposedly Kevin Federline.

The paper’s website quotes this “pal” of Federline as saying: “Britney didn’t think twice about making the video at the time. She mistakenly believed that their love would last. They adored filming each other. They lived their lives in front of the cameras - even making a short-lived reality TV show of their exploits. Sex was no different to them, it seems. Now this video could prove very costly to her.”

The “pal” says Federline is using the tape as leverage in their custody battle but that he is not above carrying out his threat. “At the moment Kev is in talks with a company in Arizona about putting the four-hour sex vid online. If it all goes to plan he’ll make [$65 million] from it,” he said.  “Kevin has told Britney she should comply with his demands otherwise the whole world will see her having sex, which will be devastating,” the friend said.
Hard to imagine that there is anyone left on earth who believes Britney Spears to be chaste and virtuous, but hey…

And just when the whole tale couldn’t get any weirder, now Kevin is reversing tack once again and wants his meal ticket back.  Britain’s gossip magazine, Grazia, says a source close to Kevin revealed:
“Kevin spent last week begging Britney to take him back. Kevin is stunned and he’s been crying. He said he would do anything to get Britney back. He knows he’s nothing if he doesn’t have her in his life and realizes he has made a major mistake.”

The source added: “He sent flowers and chocolates to Britney, but she asked an assistant to put them somewhere where she wouldn’t have to look at them. He’s also left voice messages, singing her love poems, but Britney hasn’t replied.”
I guess Britney has wised up.
