The tabloid and internet rumor mill was in full swing regarding the breakup of sexy Jennifer Aniston and Hollywood funnyman Vince Vaughn, so Aniston appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show last week to deny any breakup had occurred, though she also denied that they are presently engaged. Vince is also making it crystal clear that he’s devoted to Jennifer and threatens to sue several tabloids that alleged he was seen kissing a “mystery blonde” and had ended his relationship with Aniston. The London-based law firm Schillings released a statement that Vaughn  “described as the “Hollywood actor, also known for being the partner of Jennifer Aniston” will be filing a “legal complaint” against “The Sun and Daily Mirror newspapers” and the New York Post. Ms. Aniston and Mr. Vaughn had not ended their relationship either at the material time or since. … The suggestion that he was having a passionate embrace and kiss, or has ever been unfaithful to Ms. Aniston, are false.”

Aniston also fuelled rumors of a possible pregnancy by going on a spending spree for baby cloths, splurging over £1,700. “Jennifer thought the clothes were adorable, she just couldn’t stop spending. She bought outfits for newborns and one-year-olds and didn’t want them gift-wrapped,” said a witness.  Jennifer bought blankets, bibs, toys, and outfits the upscale boutique La La Ling in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, where Hollywood stars prefer to shop for such outfits.
One tabloid has recently reported that Aniston got breast implants, but Jennifer denied this, saying that when she gains weight, it goes to her chest. But perhaps the weight gain and breast gain are both related to the baby clothes purchase and her new home:
Aniston has been renting a beachfront two-bedroom home in Malibu near former Friends costar Courteney Cox Arquette, for between $25,000 to $30,000 a month on a year’s lease, according to the LA Times. Yet she now has bought her first home since breaking up with Brad Pitt - a 9000sqft single-storey on a half-acre lot in Beverly Hills. The $15 million dollar home was designed in the 1970’s by renouned Modernist architect Hal Levitt, whose signature is gray-and-black-onyx terrazzo floors, and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Recent work by Jennifer has been to co-direct a short film titled “Room 10“, a part of Glamour magazine’s “Reel Moments” series, which are based on true stories from readers.  Room 10 is about a nurse who gains perspective on her marital problems while caring for a dying patient.  The film sends the message that there are “good and bad times in relationships and sometimes you have to just stay in the room, that’s all you can do during those hard times. It touched Jennifer, too.”, said Patty Zutt, 49.
Adds Margaret Stent, “(The film) said that relationships aren’t luck, they’re hard work, and I think that was really meaningful to people, Jen got a little teary-eyed when she was talking about it, too. It was personally meaningful to her.”

In addition, according to the Hollywood Reporter, Aniston will produce and possibly star in the Universal Studios comedy-drama “Counter Clockwise“, by Hollywoodland screenwriter Paul Bernbaum. The film will focus on the real-life Harvard psychological study conducted by psychologist Ellen Langer, in which she convinced her patients that they were younger than their actual ages.

Enter Ashton:

Ashton Kutcher has revealed that despite being happily married to Demi Moore, he still wants to go on a date with Jennifer Aniston - because he bet his friends he would do it a decade ago. Ashton made the $1000 bet with his friends as a teenager, before he had made it in Hollywood and before Jennifer married now-ex-husband Brad Pitt.
“I was probably 17 or 18 when I bet 1,000 bucks I would someday go on a date with Jennifer Aniston,”  Ashton explained recently.
He tried to win the bet when Jennifer was married to Brad: “[Brad] said “Go ahead”. We had a date set to go to Pizza Hut and then she didn’t want to go. I was serious and I think she thought I was joking.”
“I tell you, that date will happen because I’ll ask Demi’s permission to do it. It’s not about the $1000 bet, it is about saying you will do something and doing it.”
