The split comes despite Vaughn asking Aniston to marry him back in June. Vaughn bought Aniston a stunning £300,000 9.5-carat canary yellow diamond. And after a nine-day holiday in Mexico, presented her the ring on a private jet flight back to Los Angeles. A source close to Jennifer confirmed: “They’re 100 per cent done.”

The Hollywood funnyman is currently in London filming Christmas comedy Joe Clause and before he flew to the UK he and Jennifer decided to call off their romance. According to US Weekly magazine,” Vince called it a day with Aniston in an emotional phone call at the beginning of September and cancelled plans for Jennifer, 37, to visit him in the city.”
“It’s not common knowledge, but we’re not together anymore. We’ve split up,” Vaughn, 36, allegedly told an insider at the magazine. “Jen and Vince had been fighting over the phone since he started traveling,” says a friend of Jen’s. “She said it was making both of them miserable.” But when she called him to try to have a serious discussion about their relationship, “Vince acted distracted and closed off,” the friend says, “and refused to discuss their future.”

The magazine also says that Vince Vaughn had been put off marrying Aniston after getting a glimpse of what life with her would be like. “Vince eventually saw how needy she is, and it scared him off. Jen lives in a crazy world with all the media. It’s just not his thing.” friends told the magazine. A source close to Brad Pitt said, “Brad actually thought Vince was a good guy and liked him when they worked together. He totally understands what Vince is going through with her. Jen is just incredibly needy and controlling and made his life hell.” It was more of a “Good luck, buddy” attitude. Brad doesn’t care at this point. But, of course, this is something he would expect he was in the same trap.”

The breakdown of Jennifer Aniston’s latest relationship, has hit her hard. A friend of Aniston’s said, “She was over Brad for a long time, but now she is really starting to feel bad about herself, she feels like she is living in the shadow of her ex and that she is seen as the ‘failed rebound girl’.”The Hollywood beauty Jennifer Anniston whose voted “Best Dressed” By People Magazine and the “Wedding Crashers” funnyman was reported split up on September 9, but both have refused to discuss their relationship with the media.
