Paris Hilton admitted when she was in the UK for the Brit Awards in February (06), that she had a crush on Blunt, saying, “I love James Blunt. He’s an ex-soldier, which is pretty hot.” The socialite arrived in Britain last week (ends23Jun06) to promote her debut single STARS ARE BLIND, but made sure she received a backstage pass to watch Blunt perform at the O2 Wireless festival in London’s Hyde Park on Saturday.

Paris Hilton and the pop lothario James Blunt dining out together.  The You’re Beautiful warbler, who has been dating stunning Czech model Petra Nemcova, enjoyed an intimate dinner with Hilton in London’s exclusive Cuckoo Club on Friday night. However, whether it was down to his girlfriend or utter lack of charm, the pair went their separate ways after the meal.

Perhaps the words of Petra’s long-term ex-boyfriend Donaes Platteel were ringing in his ears. He gushes to the News Of The World, “James is a very lucky boy because she’s a really wonderful lover, sensational. Absolutely faultless. He’ll be having the best sex ever. Petra is so amazing. You only have to look at her. She has a body to die for.”

“Really, it is the most perfect female body in the world. If God wanted to make the perfect woman, he would create Petra. All her curves are perfectly proportioned. She is truly a beautiful person – and passionate, too. She is such a sensual lady.”
You’d almost think Platttel sounds gutted Petra’s moved on. Not so, assures the Armani model. “It’s not difficult for me to deal with Petra having sex with James. He is a really cool guy and I’m happy for her. I have to let her go and give her her freedom. I’m over it,” he says.  “We go together twice a year on universal energy courses, which keep your mind focused spiritually. Petra and I still have a good friendship.”

Hilton rocked up to the festival in Hyde Park dressed immaculately but soon realised she would be required to walk from the main gate to the VIP area backstage. She told the driver in no uncertain terms he had to get a move on because she didn’t want to miss James Blunt.
“She said she had cash if he could get a shift on but there was nothing he could do.”

Yes, Hilton has everything and even can dined out with the handsome, James Blunt. Who can forget that infamous, best-selling porn video or her cat fights with Nicole Richie. She also has a lucrative modeling career, a fledgling acting career. And right now, Hilton has a sufferable hot single on the radio.
