Antonella Barba, beautiful young Americaon Idol contestant, is the talk of the internet now that various personal photos have surfaced on blog sites. She is shown topless in many photos, though with hands covering, and in two photos she is giving oral sex to an unknown male. The rest of the photos are typical college party type photos – drinking, dancing, carousing.
The question of whether this will cause Antonella t be dropped from the show has met with a ‘no comment’ from a Fox spokesman. During season two, an early favorite, Frenchie Davis, was removed from the competition after racy pictures of her surfaced on the Internet. The show’s producer Nigel Lythgoe, told EW.com that he was unaware of the photographs.
“We have really good background checks on everybody, and we deal with that every season”, he said. “It’s sad, isn’t it, that your best friends are the ones that come forward with information that will go to Smoking Gun or put your photographs on the Web?”
Amanda Coluccio, who auditioned with Barba, ironically told People that Barba will represent New Jersey in a classy way.
