“We certainly are going to explore all of our legal options about this matter”.
So says Elliot Mintz, spokesman for Paris Hilton, in regard to a new website, parisexposed.com, which shows a whole new set of personal videos, photos, diaries, love letters, and more for the monthly access price of $39.97. All of these items were left behind at a Los Angeles storage facility in November 2005 after a 3rd party failed to pay a bill for $208.00.
The socialite’s belongings were sold for $2,775 to an unnamed buyer, who then sold the whole shebang to Phoenix-based broker David Hans Schmidt, otherwise known as the “Sultan of Sleaze” due to his link to the celebrity porn industry. Part of the loot, 33-piece jewelry collection, was auctioned off to the highest bidder on EBay last August. Then, in September, ParisExposed creator Bardia Persa bought the rest. Schmidt originally claimed that he planned to sell the entirety for $20 million.
In addition to jewelry, furniture, clothing, diaries, credit card bills, emails, medical records, bank statements and photos, ParisExposed also claims to have letters written by Hilton discussing on-again pal Nicole Richie and sister Nicky, a love note from former boy-toy Nick Carter and a selection of “never before seen sex videos.” There are also personal phone numbers of other celebrities, and recorded phone conversations. But the big draw, alluded to by the teaser photos of Paris in a bubble bath, is the promised footage of the 25-year-old heiress in a “sexy bubble bath” video, plus more sex videos. It also says it has various shots of Hilton in “racy situations,” and footage of her drinking with friends and using illegal substances.
In other Hilton news, Paris pleaded no contest on Monday to a count of alcohol-related reckless driving stemming from her September DUI arrest and was sentenced to 36 months probation and ordered to pay a fine of $390. This is in line with her renewed romance with Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, whose family is upset by his relationship with Paris and her friends. The two were seen making out at the Trump Vodka launch in L.A, but were careful not to be photographed together so as to not upset his family. “Word is that Stravros’ family has threatened to cut him off if he doesn’t stop going around with that crowd,” the New York Daily News quoted the insider, as saying. Rumors that Paris was once again dating Stavros started back in July last year when they were snapped making out in Saint-Tropez. Paris later on revealed to People magazine that she and Stavros had indeed gotten together once again

[…] Calling it “one of the most single egregious and reprehensible invasions of privacy ever committed against an individual”, attorneys for Paris Hilton, have filed a federal lawsuit seeking to shut down a Web site that displays personal photos, videos, diaries, and other belongings once kept at a storage facility. The action was filed in federal court in Los Angeles on Monday, saying her belongings were taken from storage after a moving company failed to pay the bill and the highly personal items then exhibited on the Internet to anyone paying a $39.97 fee to the website ParisExposed.com. The website was launched last week claiming that the items were auctioned off after Hilton neglected to pay the Los Angeles-area storage facility. […]
