“I don’t have any regrets. I’ve never felt more confident about my body and I’ve had some of the best sex of my life.” Sufiah Yusof, 23, told the News of the World. The Asian beauty who calls herself Shilpa Lee, advertises her body on an Internet sex site, charging 130 pounds an hour or $256, claims that her job as a call girl provides her with a far more glamorous life than she ever dreamt of when she went to Oxford University aged just 13. Sufiah describes herself as a “sexy, smart student” who prefers “older gentlemen” and offers services every day from 11 am to 8 pm.

Sufiah Yusof a.k.a Shilpa Lee, whose father Farooq is a Pakistani, and mother Halimathon is from Johor, Malaysia, called herself Sufiah Marshall, borrowing the family name of her former husband, Jonathan Marshall, to register the website via a German domain handler. Her website “Exotic Manchester Asian Escort” that she used to promote her services has been removed after the newspaper broke the news of her working as a call girl in Salford, Greater Manchester.

Checks with the Internet registrar on domains revealed that Sufiah started the website on Dec 3 last year.

The story in the newspaper came just days after her 50-year-old father was jailed for sexually assaulting two 15-year-old girls as he home-tutored them in Maths. Appearing under his real surname of Khan, he was jailed for 18 months at Coventry Crown Court after a judge heard how he had groped the two girls when he was home tutoring them at maths. He had previously been jailed for three years in 1992 for his part in a £1.5million or $2.9million mortgage swindle involving several family members.

Sufiah, likened her career to glamorised depictions of prostitution such as the Julia Roberts movie Pretty Woman and the Secret Diary of a London Call Girl TV series, starring Billie Piper. “People think escorting is sleazy and terrible but I don’t see it like that,” she said. “I’ve always had a high sex drive – and now I’m getting all the sex I want. I have a nice life and I am in control.”
“I’m happy doing what I do. Now I wonder if I could go back to a normal relationship, where you watch EastEnders and have boring sex. I’ve got used to being treated like a princess,” she added.

Sufiah was working as an administrative assistant earning £16,000 or $31,618 a year in Manchester when an escort agency boss approached her in a bar. She’d run up debts of £3,500 or $6,917 in rent arrears and credit cards. And she was still haunted by her hellish childhood—subjected to her father Farooq’s Accelerated Learning Technique where she studied maths day in day out in rooms kept freezing cold to improve her concentration.

Sufiah’s family was hailed as the most brilliant in Britain, after she entered Oxford and her brother and sister won university places aged 12 and 15. But within two years, her deep unhappiness became plain. She ran away from home and was taken into care. Sufiah emailed her family to say she had had enough of “15 years of physical and emotional abuse” from her “controlling and bullying” father, Farooq.

Her mother Halimahton is now divorcing jailed Farooq and is desperate for her daughter to get in touch with her. “I was shaking when I found out what had become of her,” she says.
